Payments are processed through Square. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Product arrives damaged or defective.
Product is confirmed as lost during transit.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery and submitted via email to support@triptimeessentials.com. We reserve the right to request evidence of damage or loss, including photos, and to deny refund requests that do not meet our return policy criteria.
