These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Trip Time Essentials Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in the Program.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to join the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own or manage a valid promotional platform (e.g., website, social media channel, or email list).
- Submit accurate, truthful, and complete application information.
- Not be engaged in competing or deceptive business practices.
Trip Time Essentials reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke affiliate applications at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate referral link and/or coupon code. These tools are to be used for promotional purposes only and may be shared on:
- Your social media platforms
- Your owned websites/blogs
- Email newsletters (with proper opt-in compliance)
Prohibited activities include:
- Posting coupon codes to public discount or deal sites
- Bidding on Trip Time Essentials brand terms in paid search or advertising
- Misrepresenting your affiliation or impersonating Trip Time Essentials staff
- Engaging in “cookie stuffing” or unauthorized tracking methods
3. Commissions & Payouts
Commission Structure:
- Standard rate: 10% of the final order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
- Eligible purchases: Orders using your unique link or coupon.
Payout Terms:
- Hold period: 30 days post-purchase to account for returns or cancellations
- Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD
- Payout method: Monthly via PayPal (you are responsible for ensuring your PayPal info is correct)
Trip Time Essentials may adjust rates, disqualify transactions, or change payout timelines at its discretion. Fraudulent or suspicious behavior will result in forfeiture of commissions.
4. Promotional Standards & Compliance
Affiliates must create truthful, responsible, and brand-aligned content. This includes:
- No exaggerated or unapproved health claims regarding supplements or psychedelics
- No defamatory, offensive, or misleading content
- Use of proper disclosures (e.g., #ad, #affiliate) in compliance with FTC guidelines
We encourage content that supports education, safety, and responsible use in line with our mission.
5. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your affiliate account for:
- Violation of any Program term
- Inactivity for 90+ consecutive days
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Misrepresentation of Trip Time Essentials
Note: Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination. You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us via email.
6. Use of Brand Assets
Approved affiliates may use official brand assets (e.g., logos, product photos) only for promotional purposes. You may not:
- Modify our brand assets
- Use them in misleading or unrelated contexts
- Register domains, usernames, or social handles that resemble or mimic ours
- Claim to represent or operate on behalf of Trip Time Essentials
7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- FTC (Federal Trade Commission) rules on affiliate marketing
- CAN-SPAM Act for email promotions
- GDPR or other international data protection standards (if applicable)
- Proper taxation and reporting of affiliate income
8. Modifications to This Agreement
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to our website or communicated via email. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trip Time Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Program. We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings or program continuity.

11. Data Collection & Privacy
By joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including:
- Name, email address
- Coupon and referral link performance
- Commission tracking and payment information
This information is used solely to:
- Administer your affiliate account
- Issue payouts
- Share updates or Program-related changes
We never sell or disclose affiliate data to third parties outside of operational necessity. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.
12. Independent Contractor Status
You operate as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not establish a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture between you and Trip Time Essentials. You may not act on our behalf or bind us to any obligations.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
14. Survival of Terms
The following sections shall survive termination of this Agreement:
Sections 3 (Commissions), 5 (Termination), 9 (Liability), 11 (Privacy), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (Survivability).
