Refund & Return Policy

At Trip Time Essentials, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care and integrity. Due to the consumable nature of our supplement products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified below.


1. Final Sale Policy

All product purchases are considered final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once shipped, except in cases of:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective
  • Orders confirmed as lost in transit

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

  • The product arrives visibly damaged, broken, or contaminated
  • The product is incorrect or missing
  • The shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS)

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must submit your request to support@triptimeessentials.com with your order number
  • We may request supporting evidence, such as clear photos of damaged goods or packaging

3. Exclusions

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (unless demonstrably defective)
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers or external conditions
  • Customer dissatisfaction with flavor, texture, or subjective experience
  • Unverified claims without documentation

4. Lost Package Policy

If tracking indicates your package is delivered but you did not receive it:

  • First, check with neighbors, household members, and your local postal office
  • If your package remains missing, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate

Confirmed lost packages may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


5. Shipping & Processing

Refunds, if granted:

  • Are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Are issued to the original payment method
  • Do not include original shipping charges (unless the error was ours)

6. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from individuals demonstrating repeated, excessive, or fraudulent claims. Each case is reviewed individually and assessed fairly.
